Lewdora is operated by an individual under the legal name Lewdora, established in Switzerland at the registered address Müllerstrasse 16, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland. We process account and authentication data, service settings, generation requests and technical metadata, purchase and transaction records, support communications, security logs, initial campaign attribution, product events, and sanitized error diagnostics. We use them to provide and secure Lewdora, deliver generations and purchases, support users, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, understand campaign conversion, and diagnose defects.

For product analytics and error diagnosis, we use a pseudonymous account identifier, page paths, initial campaign parameters, allowlisted conversion data, service version information, and sanitized diagnostics. We do not include prompts, images, generated content, email addresses, credentials, request bodies, payment payloads, third-party messages, or checkout URLs in this telemetry.

We use specialist processors for account authentication, database and file storage, generation infrastructure, payment processing, transactional email, optional community features, product analytics, and error diagnostics. Each processor receives only the data needed for its service purpose and is subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

We retain account and purchase evidence for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute obligations. Generation artifacts and local gallery items follow their stated lifecycle. Product analytics and error diagnostics are retained for no more than 12 months. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal holds.

Reference inputs are temporary and normally expire within 15 minutes. A completed result may remain available for retrieval for up to 48 hours and is deleted sooner after the browser confirms it was saved. Your personal gallery is stored in your browser rather than as a permanent public archive.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, data minimization, secret redaction, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or another competent supervisory authority. Deleting your Lewdora account does not automatically delete pseudonymous analytics and error events. They may be retained for up to 12 months for campaign measurement, security, and defect analysis. You may separately request erasure where applicable by contacting contact@lewdora.com.
