Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Lewdora, the individual operator of Lewdora, established in Switzerland at the registered address Müllerstrasse 16, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland. The operator can be contacted at contact@lewdora.com.

Lewdora provides adult-oriented AI image generation and related account, token, gallery, and payment features. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. We do not promise that any model or output will always be available, accurate, unique, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You must not create, upload, request, possess, or distribute content depicting minors or people whose age is ambiguous, sexual content without the depicted person’s consent, sexual deepfakes without permission, unlawful content, or material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You must not abuse, probe, disrupt, automate access to, reverse engineer, evade safeguards or limits of, or use Lewdora to harm another person. We may block content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report apparently unlawful activity where required.

You retain any rights you have in your inputs and are solely responsible for having every permission needed to submit them. You grant Lewdora the limited rights needed to process inputs and deliver the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Lewdora does not claim ownership of your generated outputs.

AI outputs may resemble existing works or other users’ outputs. You must review outputs and determine whether your intended use is lawful. Do not rely on Lewdora for factual, professional, or safety-critical decisions.

Tokens are a limited licence to use generation features. They are not money, are not transferable, and have no cash value. A 30-day pass is a manual, non-recurring purchase unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Prices and included tokens are shown before purchase.

By separately requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, your withdrawal right may be lost after tokens are delivered or consumed. This does not limit mandatory refund, conformity, or consumer rights. Refunds are provided where required by law and may reverse unused or previously granted tokens.

We may restrict or end access for breach, security risk, payment reversal, legal obligation, or harm to the service or others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lewdora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or third-party conduct. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Swiss law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Contact Lewdora at contact@lewdora.com about these Terms or a dispute.
